What is the pricing on buildings?
We offer a variety of building styles and sizes, along with the option to customize these buildings with additional features. Pricing will vary based on the sizing, style and custom options chosen for the structure. Contact the office for a personalized quote.
Do you deliver and what does that include?
Yes! We offer free delivery and installation within 50 miles from our lot location. Delivery includes placing the building on 4” thick concrete blocks to level the building and protect against moisture, and installation of hurricane augers to withstand 170 MPH winds. The buyer is responsible for providing adequate access to portable building site, by trimming limbs and removal of any obstruction such as fences, trees, shrubs, vehicles, etc.
What are the delivery / lead times?
If purchasing a building off lot, the standard delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Custom ordered / be built buildings are based on current manufacturer lead times. Please check with your dealer at the time of purchase for current lead times based on your desired options.
Can you move my building?
These buildings are considered portable and can be moved. Should you need your building relocated, we can connect you with our local delivery team to provide you with a quote for services.
Do I need a permit?
C&J Storage solutions will provide engineered specifications for all its Portable buildings; however, it is the customer responsibility to pull any required permits. Please check with your state, county, city, and HOA for regulations or permit requirements for portable buildings. You should be aware of any setbacks and right of way on the property.
What are my options for purchasing?
We accept all major credit cards and checks. We also offer options such as Rent to Own and Traditional Financing.
What warranties do you offer?
All Portable buildings are built to meet and exceed Florida building code and pass through a thorough inspection prior to delivery. We build with only premium grade materials in order to deliver the finest handcrafted buildings in the industry.
Warranties include:
-10 Year Warranty on the 5/8 T&G LP Treated ProStruct Flooring
-40 Year Warranty on the #1 – 29 gage Metal Roof
-50 Year Warranty on the Painted LP Smart Siding treated with Smart Guard and come with a proud 5 Year Craftsmanship Warranty.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
If any issues arise with your building after delivery, it is important that you contact the office immediately to resolve those issues.
When submitting for a repair, please include as much information and pictures as possible.
